Renegade Digital Media Inc.
operates as three divisions,
each managed by an experienced leader in their field.
Each division is staffed by a team of individuals dedicated to their area of development. Renegade's full-time staff is complemented by a team of contracted and freelance developers. This has proven a successful staffing model for a number of reasons. Often projects demand a specific skill set, such as strength in a particular programming language or execution of a unique package design, which Renegade can recruit from the pool of talent that they have established over the past 20 years. The result is a superior product with a more cost-effective delivery. Renegade can manage overhead expenses on a project-by-project basis and pass those savings on to the client.
In 2001, Craig launched Renegade Digital Media Inc. Craig has personally developed hundreds of comprehensive marketing and educational programs on various platforms, including video, broadcast, DVD, CD-ROM, the web and, most recently, via mobile devices. Craig has also traveled worldwide providing media support for numerous large-scale symposia and live event functions.
During his career, Craig has been the recipient of many awards for directing, editing and multimedia development, from such prestigious venues as the International Film and Video Festival and the New York Film and Video festival. Craig also taught programming at George Brown College and has written numerous articles and columns for trade magazines.
In addition to business development, Craig plays an integral role in creating a satisfying user experience for Renegade’s products.
Julie is responsible for all medical writing services, as well as project management for all healthcare initiatives. Entrenched in industry protocols for over 20 years, Julie keeps updated on Rx&D guidelines; is very effective in facilitating PAAB submissions and approvals; and has developed countless accredited programs (live and on-line) for GPs, Hospital Specialists and Pharmacists.
An integral part of the content development process is interviewing program participants. Julie has honed these skills over the years, conducting hundreds of interviews with healthcare professionals, patients and their families; and she is sought after for her ability to extract meaningful and articulate messages from those she interviews.
Her creativity combined with her strong communication skills allows her to effectively and dynamically present key medical and marketing information to any audience.
As his interest in software tools grew, Rob changed careers and became a freelance interactive media developer. In 1996 one of Rob's first commercial projects appeared in Applied Arts Magazine's “round up of some of the best interactive designs.” Early in his career, Rob also had the privilege of working with Rogers Communications to bring to life designer Bruce Mau's vision of a virtual museum.
Rob continues to develop in-house training software as well as interactive marketing and educational tools for delivery on CD-ROM, DVD, mobile devices, and via the World Wide Web.
Along with his work as an interactive developer, Rob has taught multimedia development at Humber College, has written articles on programming techniques for on-line publications, and has been invited to speak at developers’ conferences.
While working together on numerous projects, Rob and Craig realized they shared a common vision for interactive programming. Rob joined the company full-time in 2007. His focus on working with clients to help them realize their ideas fits perfectly into the user-centric approach at Renegade.
