At Home: I enjoy travelling to concerts with my wife and two daughters and pretending to not like our cats.

At Renegade: I am responsible for overseeing healthcare strategy, research, and content development.
At Home: I love two-hour coffees with Craig and the cats, cooking (shows), and running in stormy weather.
Rob Romanek
VP Project Development
At Renegade: I love to see information come together in a cohesive, innovative, and relatable format. I work with our team to coordinate execution of projects and ensure our client’s needs are met.
At Home: I love getting outdoors – hiking, gardening, snowshoeing, and ball hockey are my favourite. Nothing like some fresh air to clear your head.
James Leavitt
Development Manager
At Renegade: I oversee the programming/development component of all projects. I enjoy programming myself and am responsible for most things IT related.
At Home: I have two boys and a wife whom I love spending all my free time with. I am also very competitive and have a passion for sports, including baseball, golf, and hockey.

At Renegade: I am responsible for organizing timelines and resources for a range of digital marketing projects, including social media marketing, search engine marketing, and email marketing.
At Home: I like watching horror movies with my wife and getting in over my head while cooking.
Sydney Teixeira
Content Manager
At Renegade: I am responsible for writing and editing content, and refining complex information into impactful messaging. I oversee the copy team, providing strategic recommendations and ensuring consistency of messaging across brands.
At Home: You can find me in the gym, at the dance studio, or playing outside with my husband and two dogs.

Account Manager
At Renegade: I am responsible for the management of our client's projects while adhering to a multitude of regulatory review processes.
At Home: You will usually find me watching Disney movies with my wife and our dog.
Samantha Skanes
Art Director
At Renegade: I am responsible for ensuring that the client’s desired message is delivered clearly and creatively. I oversee the creative aspects of our projects from inception through print, and coordinate execution with the design team. I'm also involved in planning advisory board meetings and lending on‑site support.
At Home: I love being mama to my little boy, laughing with my husband, and going on beautiful walks with my dog.

At Renegade: I am responsible for creating interesting and imaginative layouts for diverse mediums while adhering to our client's branding guidelines.
At Home: I enjoy kayaking with my wife and son, playing cards and board games, and spending time with friends.
Janelle Scriver
Designer
At Renegade: I am responsible for creative design and detailed branding for our clients. I follow brand guidelines and make sure there is a high level of consistency between all elements of design.
At Home: I enjoy a good cup of coffee, listening to music, yoga, traveling, and exploring the outdoors with my dog.

At Renegade: I am responsible for creating websites and applications based on the specifications and layouts provided.
At Home: I enjoy going to the cottage to spend time with the family, go on hikes with my Rough Collie, and occasionally stretch my creative muscles by drawing.

Social Media Content Manager
At Renegade: I’m responsible for creating and monitoring social media posts and email communications while adhering to brand and regulatory guidelines.
At Home: I enjoy spending time with my granddaughters, painting and sketching, writing, participating in community theatre, and hanging out with friends and family.
Monique Mahoney
Video Editor
At Renegade: I love to create videos that evoke emotion through music, interviews, effects, and pacing to ensure our client’s vision is fulfilled.
At Home: I love hiking and snowshoeing with my Boxer (Bullet), eating good food, travelling, and spending time with my family and friends.

Financial Administrator
At Renegade: I’m responsible for the company bookkeeping, invoicing the clients, paying the invoices, and keeping the books in order.
At Home: I love spending time with my family. In my spare time I love to work in my garden, tend my bees, and go for walks in the woods with my two dogs and my husband.
